Due to their ongoing success there is now an opportunity for two experienced event managers to join their project teams and delivery a wide range of events for a variety of corporate clients world wide. With event agency experience and ideally with Italian at a fluent level (other European languages considered) your responsibilities will include:



• Project management of the entire event including the budget

• Sourcing of and liaison with all suppliers

• Venue research and contract negotiation

• Communicating with internal departments including flights and delegate registration

• Client management and on-going communication

• On-site event management and post-event reconciliation
