Design Business Partnering Team Manager required for an internal design and communications studio. Leading and managing a team of 5 Business Partners covering a wide range of design disciplines within the company including brand packaging, permanent & semi permanent POS, sales & marketing support material, and a broad range of general graphic design requirements from other business functions to provide a strategic design consultancy, production management and project planning & delivery. The role requires establishing and maintaining internal and external key relationships. Ensuring provision of strategic input and market insight in the development of design briefs as required. Maintain a working knowledge of all project activity, leading & directing project management for key high profile projects. Responsibility for budgets, planning and forecasting. With a minimum of 7 years experience within commercial design and marketing environments, this role requires a highly level of commercial awareness of blue chip organisations. This role may suit an Account Director within the Creative Industry. An experienced communications and marketing manager with an excellent understanding of the creative sector, a proven track record in team leadership, mentoring and direction.
