BAFTA is the leading UK organisation promoting and rewarding excellence in the art forms of the moving image which today encompass film, television and video games. The largest single source of revenue for BAFTA is generated through its successful hospitality business operating at 195 Piccadilly, the BAFTA headquarters. We now seek a highly able and experienced Head of Events, Sales and Marketing to drive and deliver the next phase of business growth at 195.
The role will include leading, guiding and empowering our talented Events team, developing a strategic plan for business growth which can be implemented and embraced by the whole hospitality team and engaging the key BAFTA personnel and volunteers in the business development process.
You will have significant and proven experience at a senior level in events and hospitality, with a strong focus on client and service standards. You will also have demonstrable experience of previous successful business development, a hunger for success as well as significant general and commercial marketing experience. Excellent people, client and communication skills are also essential for this role.
