Description

Our corporate client is a leader in Audit and Information Security training and conferences and have offices UK and internationally. 
They are looking to recruit an Events Coordinator to join their busy team in London. 

Key Responsibilities 
They would be required to work on all events including training courses and conferences (nationally and internationally). 
Delegate Management – including registering all delegates, coordinating information and managing the database. 
Viewing and booking conference and training venues 
Pre and post-event credit control Liaising with trainers/sponsors/speakers/delegates 
Working closely with the marketing and sales, to provide support where necessary. 
Opening the training courses or running the on site registration desk at Conferences, including management of delegates, registration and staff coordination.

Key Skills 
Previous events experience with the process from conception to completion 
Extremely well organized 
Good telephone manner and written skills 
Strong IT skills ideally Word, Excel and PowerPoint 
Able to work under pressure
